- Tapered side stakes give added strength at bottom where pressure
is the greatest.
- Extra strong, formed steel top rail.
- Floor support channel every 12".
- 4" schedule 80 beaters pipe with 18 beater teeth.
- 1/2" AR replaceable "Rooster Comb" beater tips.
- 2" stress proof final drive shaft (almost twice as strong as
ordinary cold roll shafting).
- Triple floor chains (33% stronger than double chain spreaders),
90 ton capacity bed chains that resist link freezing from acid
corrosion or rusting.
- With the triple floor chain design not only is the floor chain
stronger, but the whole structure is stronger with an additional
floor support for better shock load support that transfers to
the truck suspension.
- Infinite range of bed speeds (0 to 19 feet per minute) and manure
pan are controlled from cab by operator.

- Tubular automotive drive lines connects heavy duty PTO directly
to hydraulic system at rear of spreader to eliminate long runs
of expensive heat producing plumbing.
- Without plumbing to disconnect, entire spreader is more easily
removed to free truck for other uses.
- Entire hydraulic system is engineered into a compact package
so any part can easily be serviced or removed.
- 120 hp double output gear box divides power for beater drive
and hydraulic drive.
- Large capacity, pressure compensated flow control features
built-in bypass relief valve.
- Hydraulic pump provides maximum of 45 GPM at 3,000 PSI (four
times the capacity of 10 to 12 GPM at 750 PSI required for spreading.
Allows thousands of tons of trouble free spreading.)
- Filter replacement elements are standard and easy to obtain
locally.
- Hydraulic motor has same excess capacity as pump.
- Large reservoir with convenient sight gauge to check oil level.
